1) When is the Clymont Hall available??
1) because rentals are booked quickly and personally, the web site is just not able to keep up!!

2) How many people will the hall hold??
2) The fire licence for the hall restricts the occupancy based on licensed/unlicensed events. Occupancy is limited to 310/391 persons in the main hall (smaller number for licensed events), 100/127 persons in the south hall (usually used for serving buffet meals, but is available for smaller events), and 86/108 persons in the North Hall. We have hosted functions ranging from 25 to 400 people comfortably.

3) How much does it cost??

3) the Clymont Hall requires all renters to complete the Hall Rental Agreement that includes all details on costs and terms.

4) What about food and refreshments??
4) Catering services are available. If your event is to be catered, please review the Rental Agreement in detail.
